The Consilia Health Association

The Consilia Health Association is the managing organisation of the Consilia Bobigny Medical Centre. It runs a health project based on access to care, medical coordination, prevention and reducing territorial health inequalities.

Access to quality care should depend neither on where you live nor on your social situation. In an area marked by a shortage of doctors and a large share of people in difficulty, the association works to bring care closer to residents.

• Apply Sector 1 (standard) fees and direct billing
• Coordinate health professionals around the patient
• Develop prevention and health education
• Guarantee confidentiality and respect for users’ rights
• Ensure accessible premises and services (wheelchair access)

The association is run in accordance with its statutes (a French “loi 1901” non-profit). The President is Michael Rouphael Aoun.

Bobigny has been designated a priority intervention area by the Regional Health Agency. In this context, the association runs a health centre that is open to its community, attentive to each patient’s needs and built on cooperation between professionals.
