Prevention at the heart of our project
Prevention is a key focus of the Consilia Bobigny Medical Centre, for adults and children alike. The initiatives below are shown with their current status.
Vaccination campaigns
Vaccination campaigns will be organised at the centre, for adults and children alike.
Themed prevention week
One week each year will be devoted to a specific cause (smoking, cardiovascular disease, chronic-disease management, etc.).
Cardiovascular disease prevention
Awareness and screening of cardiovascular risk factors, together with the centre’s cardiologists.
Vision screening
Vision-screening initiatives, especially for younger people, run jointly by ophthalmology and orthoptics.
Health education in schools
The centre aims to run at least two sessions a year in local primary schools (nutrition, health, etc.).

Chronic-disease support
Therapeutic education and support for patients with chronic conditions, through multidisciplinary coordination.

The centre designs its prevention initiatives together with local stakeholders (the city, schools, health partners).
