Need to see someone quickly?
The centre provides walk-in care: a same-day consultation may be offered, within opening hours, capacity and medical availability.
What is walk-in care?
These are first-contact consultations for situations that need prompt care but are not life-threatening. The centre is not a hospital emergency department.
Examples that may warrant a consultation
Subject to medical assessment and availability:
- Fever
- Moderate acute pain
- Common infection
- ENT symptoms
- Urinary pain
- Skin rash
- Urgent prescription renewal (medically assessed)
- Non-life-threatening flare-up of a chronic condition
How it works
- Check same-day availability and book online on Doctolib.
- Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm (availability varies).
- Depending on the situation, you may be referred appropriately (GP, specialist, hospital, or SAMU).
Warning signs: call 15
In the following situations, do not come to the centre: call 15 (or 112) immediately.
- Severe chest pain
- Breathing distress
- Loss of consciousness
- Signs of stroke (one-sided weakness, speech difficulty, facial drooping)
- Major bleeding
- Severe allergic reaction
- Serious injury
- Immediate suicide risk
- Obstetric emergency
- A very lethargic child or one showing serious symptoms
