General practice is at the heart of the centre’s project. First-contact consultations and walk-in care are provided in particular by emergency physicians, experienced in rapid assessment and appropriate referral. They follow up patients, coordinate care pathways and refer to the centre’s specialists when useful.

- Follow-up of infants, children, adults and older people (depending on the practitioner’s scope)
- Prevention, vaccination and screening
- Management of chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
- Medical certificates when medically justified
- Registering a preferred doctor (médecin traitant)
- Coordination with specialists and appropriate referral

Can I register a centre doctor as my preferred doctor?
Yes. During your consultation, your doctor can complete the “médecin traitant” registration with you through the French health insurance, subject to availability and your agreement.
Does the centre offer walk-in consultations?
The centre provides walk-in care within its opening hours and medical availability. This service is not guaranteed at all times: please check availability before coming.
